- The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads and integrates the national counterterrorism effort. It fuses foreign and domestic counterterrorism information, provides terrorism analysis, shares information with partners across the counterterrorism enterprise, and drives whole-of-government action to secure national counterterrorism objectives. NCTC produces analysis, maintains the authoritative database of known and suspected terrorists, shares information, and conducts strategic operational planning.
